Winding F1 (iron, α = 0.005 /°C) is 10 Ω at 20 °C. It is running at an unknown temperature; V1 and A1 measure its voltage and current.
Deduce its current temperature.
Parametric exercise: the values change with every draw; these are one example.
R = U/I = 12 Ω; θ = 20 + (R / 10 − 1) / 0.005 = 60 °C. This is the method used to measure machine heating.
